Please follow these steps to Create An Account:
- If you have not ordered from Luxus in the past and do not have an account please sign up for an account by clicking on the Create one link in this F.A.Q. or on the left side of the website
- Once you have created an account you will be sent an email requesting that you acitvate your account.
- Click on the link included in this email. This will bring you to the Luxus Accessories website.
- You can now login using the username and password you selected during the registration process.
- Updating Account

Follow these instruction to Update Your Account:
- Login using your username and password
- Click Account Maintenance on the left hand side of the website under the Product Search box
- Select Account Information
- Enter the information you would like to update
- Click the Disk Icon at the top of the screen to save
- Placing an Order

Please follow these steps to place an order:
- If you have not ordered from Luxus in the past and do not have an account please sign up for an account by clicking on the Create one link in this F.A.Q.
- Once you have created an account you will be sent an email requesting that you acitvate your account.
- Click on the link included in this email. This will bring you to the Luxus Accessories website.
- Login and then start shopping.
- Once you are ready to checkout click on the Show Cart button on the left and proceed to Checkout.
- Indicate a shipping address if it is different than the one in your account
- Click Next
- Indicate any special instructions for the order and click Confirm Order
- This will bring you to the PayPal system, if you would like to pay by credit card click on "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click Here" button and follow the instructions
- If you do have aPayPal account login and follow the instructions
- Once you have completed the transaction in PayPal click Return to Merchant to return to the Luxus Accessories website

- Damaged or Defective Product

If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, refuse the order. If you receive damaged or incorrect product, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY at 250-860-8541. Please have your Order ID number from the enclosed invoice available.
IMPORTANT: If you have not contacted Customer Service within 3 days of receiving your product, it may have to be dealt with as a manufacturer’s defect directly with the manufacturer.
Depending on the product and its availability, it may take up to 5-7 business days to process your return once the item is back in our possession. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. We will notify you of any delays and will do our best to rectify any errors as quickly as possible.

You receive the same warranties we receive from manufacturers and suppliers, allowing you full advantage of the warranties available. However, certain product warranty claims are best dealt with directly with the manufacturer and not Luxusaccessories.com.
Certain manufacturers process repairs and warranty defects directly. Dealing directly with the manufacturer can be convenient and save you time and money. Please contact Luxus Accessories Directly and an associate will give you the best contact info for the required department.
IMPORTANT: There is no scratch warranty on sunglass lenses!

Each product on your order can be returned for a refund or exchange within the 30 days. This means that if you order 3 items and want to return all 3 items, you must exchange for the same amount of items or be charged re-stocking fees on the items that are not being exchanged.
